Streamer says he intends to go through all the Gens. He has not given any word on how he plans to handle the touchscreens, but the guy's pretty resourceful.

Actually, this may be legal if he owns a copy of the game being emulated. I'm not sure how streaming is treated, but I'm not sure that Nintendo cares enough to stop the guy. I mean, they're basically getting free advertising.
