One time, I was battling with a friend. His Electivire killed most of my Pokémon, and I had my Electrode out. I didn't have any non-electric moves other than Self-Destruct, so I used it for an "assisted suicide".

He cracked up when I did that.

You people aren't creative enough!

We hack it so that Rayquaza evolves from Kyogre evolves from Groudon, and then we start with Groudon with Selfdestruct, with a normal/dragon typing!

A Shedinja with Curse then. Just to make sure the enemy gets four full rounds of kicking our ass to next week.

Not that it matters since i remember now that the streamer checked "No Early Shedinjas"

I say all the random options should be used. Random types, random moves, random pokemon, everything. The chances of the game being truly unwinnable would still be small.
