Yes, however ghastly is next to useless in gen 1 besides being annoying.

On another note...slowbro vs omaster...battle between helix and spiral?

Not that blue's final pokemon is... a Blastoise. Big ol' dome on his back. He also has a Bird Judas!

AA-J is our last pokemon with 2 HP. I don't think we'll make it.

They have a high special stat with decent speed, and the ability to use the TMs for Mega Drain, Thunder, Thunderbolt, and Psychic. Also Dream Eater, but they learn that at lvl 38, and it's kinda impractical due to the chaos of twitch combat. Plus, just one more level outside the daycare and it'll be a Haunter.

Of course, this all kind of hinges on weather or not we even still have these TMs/the ability to retrieve and use them.

We used Thunderbolt on DigRat (and overwrote it... then lost BigDig  :'( ). Psychic was taught to the Keeper, overwritten by Headbutt. Mega Drain was tossed. Not sure about Thunder - it was in the Power Plant and isn't listed on our item list, so either we missed it or tossed it.

So, yeah. There really aren't many good TMs left for a Gastly, and his moves are downright terrible without them. And his stats are mediocre (405 BST as Haunter, with ATV the lowest in our current party at 450). And we'd have to walk all the way back to the daycare to retrieve him, then all the way back. And we'd have to use the PC again, risking the release of our current team.

Sadly, I believe Rick Gastly should spend the rest of his life in the daycare.  :(

Xkeeper has been playing music sometimes throughout the Elite 4 runs, sometimes with great timing. Most of it has been pretty good.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

Ooh, they're playing Columns? I used to be an absolute beast at that game.

Yep, TPP is playing Columns. Pre-stats they played tetris, and got at least one line at somepoint!

Ah, yes. I saw the tetris. Was slow and boring. But everyone knows Tetris. Columns just seems a bit more obscure.

Surprise and amazement, they actually got Zapdos into slot 1! And then anarchy surges back out.

Which was kind of dumb, because birds are weak to ice. It basically resulted in nearly a party wipe on the first boss. At the very least, it means the others are less likely to get xp, and the strongest one in the party is more likely to get knocked out early on.

Lorelei does that regardless.

The point of having him there is to sweep her with Zapdos's level advantage before twitch wastes its team fighting her instead of Agatha/Lance/Blue.
