I can see a comic with a trainer walking a route, ranting and raving to himself about how the voices are telling him "Press A, PRESS A! ALWAYS WITH THE BUTTONS, GAAAGH!", bumping into trees and people as all the NPCs look on in bemusement.

It occurs to me that Pokemon can actually be brute forced because it completely lacks a lose state. Theoretically you could set up a bot that spams buttons that could eventually win the game although as previously mentioned the Safari Zone would likely be the biggest wall.

I imagine that when thousands of people inhabit the brain of one guy, this is what happens.
Is it wrong to think of prototype?

This is why Alex Mercer doesn't play video games.
'Dude, go punch that guy.'
'I'm not going to go punch that guy!'
'YOU'RE GOING TO PUNCH THAT GUY!'
'FUCK OFF.'
'I'M MAKING YOU DOOOOO ITTT!'
'FUCK YOU!'

The tetris game just game-overed.

THE PIECES WERE MOVING UP.

Want a recap? Here's one to help the uninitiated: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Ka89uCBeLl9VV5GPlAKuW7yF8FGtnVmdbPnIwG8FnQ4/preview?sle=true

In the meantime, if you want more insanity, watch the Tetris stream that uses commands from Pokemon. The chat's more sane there too.

(Forgot it was already posted. Oh well.)

EDIT:
Tetris finally got a line!

Whoever's doing this should add gameshark. First Pokemons had the best/worst gameshark codes.

I don't know where this is currently but I see death threats to people who press down very soon.   Nothing like a room full of one way hops to induce raaaage.

I recall seeing a fanart of that already.

Hardest difficulty?

Because with that clusterfuck, they'd probably win otherwise :P

Somebody needs to set up a Street Fighter version.
Other suggestions included Liberal Crime Squad, Dwarf Fortress, Mortal Kombat, Civilization (DOS or SNES)...

...QWOP, Happy Wheels...

I'm actually very very close to getting a Visual Boy Advance Lua script set up for doing this, but I can't get it to connect to Twitch's IRC correctly. But I can connect to regular IRC channels, until I figure it out I'll have it set up on the Freenode channel #twitchplays, playing Pokemon Mystery Dungeon on my channel http://www.twitch.tv/hugehead123 right now.
