The negative, experienced male half-Dragon Venom Master with a heart of gold. His wardrobe is simple. He appears as an 'humanized' version of his non-human parent, but the result is very disturbing. In addition to that one of his wings is replaced with a brass prosthetic that occasionally releases a gout of steam.

He carries around a syringe that seems to refill once every so often with what was last in it and a bayonetted shotgun with small tubes pumping poison though it.

Venopoli wasn't one of the planets on the Astro Map. I'm going to assume we just have an out-of-date map... the previous owner of the ship probably didn't use it often, seeing as the Blazer isn't capable of Stellar Flight.
