Keep trying to back track. Send 1 of the new wolves to scout the area looking for the summoner. Guide it in if I locate it.

Use ultimate attack, Use rake claws directly after the ultimate. Have the other 2 wolves move behind it then attack it in tandem while it's distracted by the whoop ass coming down on it.

[11 vs ??] Torban back traces the Corpse Chimera's master, but is unable to find him. The magic trails all lead in circles around the creature.

[Fail] The undead wolf sent to find the necromancer is unable to find it. The smell of dead corpses was just to prevelant to track by scent and the forest was too quiet to hear anything.

[13 vs 9] 13 damage Wolfenstien uses Rake Claw on the Corpse Chimera and hits him.
[19 vs 1] 23 damage Wolfenstien uses Rake Claw on the Corpse Chimera and hits him.
[16 vs 2] Wolfenstien uses Rake Claw on the Corpse Chimera and misses ending his chain.

[Auto] 48 damage to Wolfenstien, Undead wolf 1, Undead Wolf 2, and the Corpse Chimera 8 blades rushes forwards past all of the swords with Flamberge and resonates them, releasing a blast of energy against all those in battle. ((which happens to be Wolfenstien and two undead wolves as well as the Corpse Chimera... yeah...)

[Auto] The Corpse Chimera steps back a few feet and begins charging up. +10 SP +10 RP

Kyle gets an idea. He heads off into the forest to find a pretty flower.

8 blades counter stance everyone else back off. All 3 wolf minion try to track down the necromancer.

[Auto] The Corpse Chimera Charges 8 blades attempting to stun him

[CRIT-SUCCESS] 78 Damage to Corpse Menace 8 Blades parries Corpse Chimera and hits his blades again, unleashing a stronger Celestial Prison. Torban can feel some of his mana drain as 8 Blades is unsummoned. Torban learned the Special Move: Gestalt

End Combat

The Corpse Chimera lets out a gurgled scream and flees, leaving behind one of it's limbs. The limb itself looks to be a patchwork of Goat skin, human muscle, and a lions main. As it is examined, the limb begins to bumble and melt, leaving behind a poisonous miasma. Whoever made the beast was a well trained and powerful Necromancer.

Kyle continues looking for his pretty flower.

Kyle does indeed find a pretty flower. In a grove of trees surrounding the flower in a perfect circle. With stones surrounding it. Seems perfectly safe.

[Alexandria]

Torban walks back into the camp with 8 blades and the pups having sent Wooden back to his stone to heal then calls out the snake warrior.

"Satisfied?

Kyle frowns.
"Hello? If there is any scary monster or really anything that will take offense to me grabbing this could you speak up?"
Presumably no one will answer and Kyle walks in and carefully digs up the earth around the flower and picking it up gently.

[Sanure]

Vajra appears to Torban, "Satisfying indeed. You didn't waver with fear, and you held together as your own summon hurt it's allies. It takes a real leader to keep that courage together. It would be an honor to fight by your side, master."
Torban feels some of his mana drain as he and Vajra's stone become linked. "Torban gains Vajra as a summon.
As Kyle begins picking up the flower, a young girl walks up behind him, "What are you doing to my garden? My guardian wouldn't like that. He is overly protective of my flowers..." The ground begins to shake as the girl sinks into it, laughing.

The plant creature makes quite a ruckus, but has turned the grove into a walled in prison. No one can get in or out. She laughs more, no obvious body is visible

Kyle gently sets the flower back in the hole before drawing his sword and pistol and waiting for an attack.

Torban begins sending his senses out in all directions searching for more summons that are within a few miles off our route to either side 1 section at a time.

Torban finds the remaining three Spellstones he found earlier. Nothing new at least.

Combat

Alma Alrune begins swaying side to side examining Kyle. How it does this without a face is quite impressive. +0 SP

Torban then begins searching for clusters of summons or threads from them that indicates a summoned.
