They don't have to agree with me at all I already went over this. And yes I'm a summoner..... having summons that have skills is kind of the point of the summoner. Your angry at me because I chose a character that you could also have chosen but didn't?

:/

I should probably be making constructive comments, but it's honestly gotten to a point where I just can't think of a response besides :/.

You should go out and make more golems. That seems very constructive :P

Also, When I told Alex my plans, I expected her not to meta. So thats also a thing.

Sure. I'll do it all in the thread from now on. Wouldn't actually have changed anything nothing I did was overly difficult.

I noticed the patrol. I followed the patrol. I returned to the camp a little behind you guys. My summon could speak Gnollish as could Kyles. We spoke. Solairi threatened her and battle commences. Thats it.

I didn't meta lol. How does me scanning the area and detecting the Gnolls count as meta? I was doing that every single day already.

It was when the gnolls motioned towards Solairi and Torban appeared with out any action in bold to sense or otherwise learn that they were there.

I had a summon 3 feet away and we're connected mentally. I didn't think a RP action of her saying.

"I need help" would be important.

I'm annoyed because so far there is a tremendous lack of balance. Your summons are more numerous and also as or more powerful than any other character.

They don't have to agree with you - but they never will disagree with you, basically because you're playing them, and I have severe doubts you'd ever do that. Case in point - that spat with the demanding people ask the plan first.

As Torban finishes preparing to fire 8 blades bangs him over the head with an iron gauntleted hand.

" Tell the children what needs to be done. I just got out of that damned stone I have no desire to return to imprisonment because you want some respect. Even if you are justified " (( Hint Hint. ))

Wincing and rubbing his head Torban glares for a moment then shrugs.

"Fair enough, maybe this is why the gods sent me. Somebody has to keep them alive long enough to make the village.

Would 8 blades ever state the opinion of the other people in the thread? No, because you're running the character. That ((hint hint)) is also horribly obnoxious, but besides that.

Sanure. What is your opinion on this sort of thing? While we could potentially learn summoning, the case stands that
a) there is a limited amount of summons, and torban has the majority, so others would never catch up
b) the summons are just as or more powerful than an ordinary character, even one specced for combat like Solairi. No chance she could kill all those gnolsl with a single move, for example, but Torban can do so with ease. The bonuses of summons to combat also have no effective that Torban himself is just as dangerous with his ability to use magic.

While I was able to put up with a bit, it's actually pretty silly. If he does both of the area-attack spells with 8 blades and magmafreet, he could theoretically defeat the entire rest of the party in a single turn.

I don't have sole control.
If I perform an action with a summon that doesn't fit then Sanure can over ride me and have them Disobey me. And 8 blades was for me, Torban IC would never tell you the plan without being asked after you threw his efforts to do just that back in his face.

Since none of you would ask me I did it myself. And  was obnoxious because I was annoyed. 9 of you 1 of me and I have to be the one to grow up when it was your own fault you didn't know the plan.

My summons are not more numerous or stronger except Mag.
8 blades is about even, Mag is stronger but will not get any stronger until I reach level 15. The others are far weaker. Mamessia, Vjara and Spider all have less then 60 hp. Mamessia has less then 40.
I'm strong because it's necessary the weakest Gnoll summoner is far stronger then I am.

Oh and also. These are the summons in one tiny area. There's thousands of them and more then that of creatures that could be sealed.

a) There really isn't a limited amount of summons. If a luck roll rolls a 20 and a summoner made the roll. Grats you found a stone that wasn't detectable.
b) THe summons seem very OP. They aren't. When I said the summons have weakness I wasn't kidding. The gnolls have natural physical protection, so 8 blades attack is getting a nerfed amount of damage dealt to them. Throw in the mages having prebuffed (which I didn't mention on purpose due to karma) the entire patrol, Magmefrets Megido flame will deal little amounts of damage as well. The entire patrol attacking was because of Karma reasons. That and threating children. How could you Solairi...
c) Solairi could kill them all in one attack. Given that You missed a chance to gain your second special attack. Granted I need to give everyone their first and second special attacks here in a moment since tutorial mode is off...

Anyways. Alexandria was not supposed to make the summons share oppinions, but I failed to correct that, again, due to me being oblivious.
Also, the entire reason I added in the summons, was because of situations like this. Solairi and Torban are out numbered. The gnolls, without the summons, will win without strategy. THe Gnolls are meant to be hard. as in, you could actually die from them. The reason I am having the large gnoll attack party incoming in 5 turns is so that I can go ahead and kill Lucien off since the tutorial is done with. Yes Lucien is meant to die. Big deal.

Also, Work as a damn team. You are not in this for yourself. That will get your characters killed if you act alone. I may be kind, but my games do have a sense of reality in them. and they are partly grimdark. Not terribly evil grimdark, but I may make you feel the feels about a character getting his arms and legs cut off before he is brutally killed.

I wish I could explain. But I can't and so you'll have to suffer the :/ until then.

Part if it involves bitching at us in OOC while Torban refused to reveal the plan IC though. That part I can put into words.

Yeah I am sorry about that. The whole point put me in a really bad mood.

(( I'd already guessed my mega attack would fail :). It's primary purpose is it's big and showy and the group can't miss it. ))

...How would I kill them all in one attack? Far as I knew gungir was single target, and that's my powerful attack.
