Well, night all, Shall continue the plot when I awaken and everyone is mostly online.

Name : Torban Nedrey
Race : Deep Elves
Age : 138
Profession : Summoner
Level: 3

Appearance : Torban is tall and very thin with pale white and pure white hair running down to his shoulders. His skin is completely unblemished and his facial features delicate, he often has leaves and twigs woven into his hair. He has vines woven with trinkets of many different species and religions wrapped around his upper torso concealed by the plain white robe he wears.

Personality : Torban is extremely superstitious when it comes to the supernatural and the divine and wears trinkets from every religion and race he could get his hands on in the belief that it will earn him the gods favor.
This has resulted in a confused personality, on one side he aims constantly to refine his necromantic skills to create more and more powerful necromantic warriors to protect him while on the other worrying constantly that his playing god with the souls of the dead will call down the wrath of whichever god his minion worshiped in life if he should fail in his service to them.
Aiming to earn some divine favor he has also taken to collecting the spell stones of dead warriors that he could summon to his aid in times of need in service to the gods.
All of this has left him somewhat withdrawn and with a deep seated sense of paranoia coupled with a self righteous belief that the souls he drags back from the dead will earn redemption from any sins they carry in his service even as he earned mercy with his own service.

Background : Torban grew up the son of atheists and so never thought about gods and demons and the supernatural, that is until one day he met a summoner and his life was turned upside down. The summoner was weak in magical terms barely able to summon and maintain control of a single weak create much to his shame and when he attempted to impress a young maiden with his power she scorned him. In a fit of rage the summoner set the monster on her without noticing Torban was nearby, the young maiden was the sister of one of his friends and unable to control himself he screamed at the monster not to hurt her.

His amazement was second only to that of the summoner when the creature not only stopped but also turned on it's master and killed him. His amazement though only lasted seconds before his mind went blank and he collapsed. It took several days for Torban to wake up after this and when he did he woke to find himself being called a hero for saving his friend. Over the following days he asked everybody he came across what had happened until finally he was approached by another summoner with an offer to help him develop his skills and was told that he had the power to be a summoner himself.
He'd saved his friend by overwhelming the control of the weaker summoner on the monster but had exhausted himself to within an inch of his life in the process.

In the following years he devoted his time to studying summoning and necromancy childishly believing that power was the answer to all the worlds problems, the only time he spent away from his studies was that which he spent with the young maiden he'd saved and since then developed a relationship with. She was beautiful but naive and this ultimately led to both her own demise and Torbans undoing. Believing that he wouldn't let her be hurt she got to close to a monster he'd summoned and Torbans worry caused his control to slip and she was killed before he could resume control.

Torban took this as a sign that the gods were angry with him for his hidden desire to one day rival them in power and almost over night became terrified that they would strike him down and so went into hiding training in secret day and night to develop his powers to defend himself until one day he began hearing strange whispers in his head. He followed one such whisper and found a fire spreading destroys a forest and using his powers he called down a storm to quench the flames before they could spread.
It took several years after that day during which he heard the whispers several more times always leading him towards some event that was harming the worlds balance before he finally realized he was hearing the whispers of the gods and he came to understand his purpose in life was to serve the gods with his gifts. Or be crushed beneath the gods ethereal boot.

Kyle flirted with one player, got shot down. Kyle flirted with a second. Got shot down again. Kyle got his own personal storm cloud and mud ball to the back of the head courtesy of me but I did it without moving so nobody knows it was me.

And apparently the gods themselves took insult at his flirting and 3 pigeons shit on his head .

Key word being generally. I get the feeling that it wouldn't work against most of the player characters though.
