What other choice do I have? You never actually refute them or inspire anything new.

Except I do. I put up my response which you just deny then repeat your own. So have fun I'm not gonna waste my breath anymore. Everyone else I discuss things with I come away with it knowing more with you all I get is the feeling of smacking my head into a brick wall over and over and nothing ever changes. Your opinion is correct mine is wrong and thats the end of it and whats even better.

My entire argument was based on how he's changing now. What he's doing now. While you continue to drag up the past. I already admitted his past behavior was bad. Then I moved on to how he's behavior has improved after the discussion last night and how it's been this morning. While your still stuck on what happened days ago. So whats the use in trying to discuss anything with you? The past can't be changed I'm working on the future and after the talk with Giglamesh I have a better grasp of where I'm taking Torban.

I've got nothing at all out of talking with you other then exactly the same things I got when you said it the first time hours ago most of which are points I've already moved to rectify and explained that I am.

So until you decide to stop dragging up the same old points over and over and over I see no reason to talk with you.

And that's exactly what I feel as well.

Of course I'm dragging up the past, I'm talking about why Carl doesn't trust Torban!
...Great. We weren't even talking about the same thing. That's always fun.

I responded to your past points with what I was doing to rectify them. You disliked his arrogance. Since the summoner discussion ended he hasn't been arrogant he's been friendly and patient and helpful with the 2 people he's spoken with.

You disliked having the untrained, unbound pups around. They aren't around and are being trained. They're attached to me already and have been since I found them and I can check if they're ill or not easily enough once training is done.

Alma is solved since you were nearby and heard me explain that it's between them 2 only and I'm not involved.

And on and on. Repeating it changes nothing because you'll have to give it some time to actually happen before it can change anything.

Alright. Let me quote a very, very important part of my last post.

Of course I'm dragging up the past, I'm talking about why Carl doesn't trust Torban!

'Tis a strange thing to be writing a letter to a fellow I 'aven't seen since I retired. How 'ave ya been, lad? I hear ya be joining a caravan to some ungodly land away from civilization. And on the Sea of blades no less. Ya still remember yer pirates creed, don't ya lad? Ah, but time grows short, lad. Remember what I taught ya and keep yer wits about ya.
From the sea,
Yer old Cap'n

P.S. Can't write my name less the guards realize it's me. Drawn next to this is the captain's image with a big smirk.
Why did he transcribe his accent?
(At least two-thirds as much an excuse to link that as any other single thing.)

Seems like waiting more than five seconds would be ideal.

My plan worked anyway she's with me and Lucien is back in fighting condition.

Plus her behavior works for me, you know she agreed to be bound to me and I'm not stopping her from getting irritated that I woke her up or from hitting me. Which shows that I make no attempt to take away there free will. Plus her behavior is actually a good sign for me.

Gonna be a little hard to watch USEC I'm not talking to him out loud. I'm doing it mentally. You won't learn anything so it'll be a waste of time.

To be fair, you seem to have edited that in after he made his post.

I PMed it to the GM. Then realized I should have placed it in the post as well. I PMed it just to set it as a standing rule for my summoner training. So if I forget to write it down it's still done that way.

I did say I'm only training him. Not him and anybody who happens to be sitting and watching with binoculars from a hill half a mile away.

o.O This is why I shouldn't ever do anything other than watch this thread and not read The order of the stick... But yeah I got the Pm. All I will say is that unless you are actively teaching or being taught the skill, you will not learn it. So yeah, no cheating on your tests.
