Anyway, more questions. Shouldn't the S.S. Emperor's crew have lost 1 redshirt each, from the ramming damage. Currently, they're completely undamaged, which seems to be in conflict with:

Swap my Redshirt and Phaser rifle for Mastahcheese's Repair & Force field.
Move to Engineering, use Repair 2 on engineering, the other repair 2 on the left engine, and repair 1 on the right engine.

I would ask why fire can burn two men to death without getting hot enough to burn a book, but then I read "INEXTINGUISHABLE RUNNING KAMIKAZE RADIOACTIVE FLAMING ZOMBIE" and realized that logic, reason, and physics are all occupied with crying in the corner right now.

Problem with your turn, mastahcheese: You don't have a Boarding card. Pretty sure that's required in the new rules.

When I read the rules, it says that just being in the teleporter room would allow you to do it, and that a boarding card would let it work outside that room, most likely to give you access back to your own ship after warping over to them.

I'll go re-read it, though.

EDIT: Yeah, you don't need a boarding card, a boarding card lets you board even if the shields are still up.

Cpt. WhitiusOpus uses Nano-repair. Engineering just barely has its shit together enough to pull it off. Cpt. WhitiusOpus then uses Weapons calibration and Evasive maneuvers, firing on the S.S. Juke while his redshirts repair the bridge! One shot misses, but the other hits, bypassing its shields and slamming into its right laser.
Lt-Cmdr. mastahcheese trades his Force field and Repair lvl 2 for TopHat's Redshirt and Phaser rifle, and uses a Redshirt, bringing his count up to 2. He then moves to the teleport room. From there, he teleports into the S.S. Dark Drake's left hull. He moves to the front hull and uses his Phaser rifle and two Fire brigades on Cpt. GreatWyrmGold. He does 7 (1+2+2+2) damage, killing him.
Cmdr. TopHat completes the swap and moves to engineering, using Repair lvl 2 to bring it back to full capacity, repairing the engines as well.

P.S. I get the feeling redshirts are supposed to be more common than I made them. I've added 20 of them to the deck, although it won't matter until Turn 5. That should be fair.
