Attempt to reduce the cost of the new exploration ship design (now named the Seeker). Then attempt to sell it to the Havitak Free League at a price of Ж18,000 per ship.

3) You need to set a selling price. The other price is material cost. Don't woryym everything is preordered.

Can I research new techs now myself?
I don't quite understand the question.

Probably half it. However, that will prevent you from researching the planet-side systems unless you do preliminary research on the same matter again.

Unless otherwise stated, every contract is assumed to be pre-ordered. However, if you're selling to some shady elements, or other special contracts, they might want to get the goods first before giving you money.
