Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Get up high- scale a nearby building and look out for him.  If he comes at me, cleave off an important limb.

You take the stairs up to the roof of your current building and look around
[senses:1]

You can't see him. He's disappeared somewhere into the darkness and the dust. Hmm.

I'd meditate here, but then I would get plastered from somewhere.  I just know it.

Move to another point and keep ki-looking for 2.  Cleave him if he shows himself.

I'll give ya a hint since you don't have access to the roll charts. You're attempting to see a single person, somewhere in the middle of a city. At night. When everything is covered in a haze of dust. Your normal senses basically just aren't gonna do it. However, what can you do if your normal abilities can't handle it?

Some more weapons:
Dao (Curved Swords)
Butterfly Swords (Daggers)
Guandao and Naginata (Polearms; both are essentially variations of the Glaive)
Chinese Hook Swords (Curved Swords, for the most part)
Chainsaw Lance (Polearms; basically a bigass pole with a chainsaw on the end)
(Clubs and/or Staves; Essentially a half- Bō)

You calm down and focus. Focus on finding Ivan. You let your ki flow into your eyes and ears, the details of the world becoming sharper and more pronounced, the sounds becoming easier to differentiate. AH! There he is! Down there, sitting atop an apartment building near the destroyed tower! He's sitting right in the "O" of the giant "OLDTOWN ESTATES" sign atop the building. You can feel the energy flowing into him! The bastard!

WHY ARE THERE NO SWISS ARROWS
Meh, harpoons are close enough, I guess.

But why are there no sword-chucks?

Might as well chalk it up to Pathos.
As this point we might as well invoke interpretive dance and call it a day.

Because the list isn't completed yet. Also, we have like 8 types of sharp throwing object.

Although, like I said, if anyone wants to add, just copy the spoilered list and put in your additions before reposting it. This is, after all, going to be what you all are fighting with.

Meditate.  I'm losing this and I need to focus.  If he's mediating now it'll take him at least a turn to find me.
