Now this, this will be fun. Because the action I chose (And I chose them before you post yours) was to punch your weapon, attempting to knock it out of your hand. So we are gonna have a hell of a bro fist here if we tie on reactions.

Normally I'd roll your strength here to see if you could keep hold of the weapon, but you have 5 str so you can't beat 7 successes.

You track Ivan in his long arc through the air toward you and attempt a hard, one handed swing straight for the chest as he comes down.  But his iron shod fist catches your blade mid swing and wrenches it loose from your hand, sending it spinning off the edge of the building and down into the dusty streets below.

Systar leaps into the air, though not quite as high as he intended, and swings a hard roundhouse kick at Ivan's head. Ivan lunges forward with a straight punch. An instant later they're both skidding backwards, stopping a good 20 feet apart.
