Go back to that pile of flint and sticks I found earlier, and move them to the area we're working in, and make another pick. Make a pile o' picks.

Go back to that pile of flint and sticks I found earlier, and move them to the area we're working in, and make another pick. Make a pile o' picks.
4: You return to the pile of stuff, and start hauling it. By the time you finish, you're too exhausted to start working on making pickaxes, but you're ready to do them.

use stones and long grass to make a small bowl to hold the blueberries in, leave that at the pile. After that, go and examine the rocks GWG found.
6: Somehow, although it should have been impossible, you make a bowl out of stones and long grass. Actually, looking at it, it's more of a large vessel. You stuff some blueberries in it, and chuck it in the pile. You then see the captain running about screaming about "ROCKS" and "COPPER", so you go ask him about where it is. He gives you basic directions, and you begin on the way.

Reposition the comfy chair near the construction sites, and from there direct the building effort
6: You put down the chair. Suddenly, you realize how to make it so much more comfy. You do it, then sit down. This is... so... fantastic... You could just sit here forever.... BANG. You feel a heavy blow of some kind to the head, and the chair is falling, and you're falling, and then you're on the ground. Everything is fuzzy, and your head hurts like hell.

sharpen sticks.
4: You pick up a stick, and manage to sharpen it to a point. You do this 2 more times. You then stop to consider how you managed to sharpen using nothing. Huh.

Get a fey mood and build an artifact with the resources we have.
4: You see something in your head... it must be done... you need stone, and ores of metal, and wood, and bars of metal! You scream out to people about needing a "Craftsman's Workshop!" No one does anything so far!

Make a sharp axe-like tool with one of the stones, then use it to better fit the logs together. Lay some logs tightly next to each other to make a floor; we can smooth it later, it's important not to sleep on bare earth for now.
6: You fling a stone up in the air, grab a perfect looking stick out of nowhere, and the stone lands on the edge of the stick. An axe! Until it falls off. You didn't really expect that to work. No matter. You grab a couple long grass stalks, and then work industriously, and soon you have an axe! Sort of! It works to take little bits of the logs off, and you soon have a nice log floor on the ground!

((Sooo... What made you think we're building houses? Not to say that we aren't or wouldn't but... That's kinda an assumption, don't you think? never mind, read through the thread. I have a bad habit of not reading other's actions :P I think we should use the large log cabin for a communal hut, and the smaller one for storage of materials/manufacturing. I got an idea for foodstuffs.))

return to the camp, and use my shovel and some of the remaining stones and logs to create a 10' deep by 12x6 foot long/wide respectively, cellar.
1: You return to the camp, stumbling through the forest, and get really mad after stubbing a foot on a tree root. In your rage, you run up to some random dude sitting down in a really comfy looking chair, and you bash him once in the head with the shovel. Oh man, you decide, that feels good! "DAMNIT POLITICIAN!" You scream. "BUILD THE HOUSE".

((Could we get a map whenever someone finds/makes something of note?))

Return to camp, informing everyone else of the stone and copper deposits.
5: You run back to camp, and start screaming to everyone about "STONE" and "COPPER". Someone runs up to you and asks you where, and you point in the direction.

Go ahead and take a nap somewhere near the camp since I'm tired. Once I'm done, go looking for other animals, and forage some plants.

((Oh God, I thought this would have never updated. Thank you!))

I'm not going to wait for many players, because at the moment it is really unlikely that a just resurrected game will get all of its players back. So for now, the turn!

Oh hey, this is a thing.

Make a huge amount of pickaxes.
5: You grab a stick. You grab some chunks of flint. Twenty seconds later, you have a pickaxe. It looks incredibly sturdy, powerful, and aerodynamic. You are ready to go on a rock murdering rampage. (+1 to all mining actions until your pickaxe somehow is broken, +1 to fighting actions while using the pickaxe)

Go ahead and take a nap somewhere near the camp since I'm tired. Once I'm done, go looking for other animals, and forage some plants.

((Oh God, I thought this would have never updated. Thank you!))
2: Despite your best attempts to sleep, you can only lie down, wide awake. Soon, you start getting restless, and feel extremely tired. You stumble out in search of animals, but [1] instead stumble over a large rock and hit your head on another. Owch... Your head.... It... At this point, all conscious thoughts stop, and you finally fall asleep. [UNCONSCIOUS. Next turn you must make a roll before any action to decide whether you wake up and can complete said action.]

Y'know what, I asked for some sleep, and I get it - I'm not complaining.

Roll to Wake Up! If awoken, check for injuries and look for a softer area to rest, preferably in some shade.

((This is amusing. That counts as two RTDs where I am currently rolling to wake up.))

Make more pickaxes! I have a feeling I'll be burning through them quickly.
1: And that's it. You grabbed the sharpest bit of flint you had, fumbled it in the air, and it ended up in your foot. You rip it out, screaming in pain, but the damage is done. You now have a foot injury. Great.

6: You suddenly wake up, flinging yourself to your feet. [4] You check yourself for injuries, and luckily find some. You then rush over to a tree, and lie down in the moss below. Man, that's comfortable.

Ooh, this updated.
Ignore the spirits in my head and go fins myself the materials necesarry. Grab a pickaxe and go mining.
6: With the sheer power of will, you chuck the spirits into the back of your head and run out desperately. You grab a chunk of wood, a random rock, and an ore of metal. You don't have any bars, though! Or a craftsman's workshop! The spirits start muttering mutinously.

What kind of idiot pulls out a sharp point from themselves? That's not how you treat wounds like that!

Punch wound until the blood starts to clot.

Quickly build a proper workshop. That should ease the spirits slightly.

If I'm bleeding or have open wounds, use the moss to bandage myself. Otherwise, sleep now and forage fruits and find animals later.
