{In any case, your stats are hidden, but I will tell you that you are now at least a level 1... Drow Barbarian? It certainly seems like you want to go that route. Despite having never heard of the words "Drow" and "Barbarian" used within three sentences of each other before, even in a book where the entire premise was a romance between the two, Thy will be done.}

   You grab your great sword, a ornate adamantine affair large enough to cleave most cavern beasts with a "light" swing. Sure, most priestesses use whips. Sure, most Drow like to dual wield and those that don't use light weaponry. Sure, the most outlandish and non-drow drow you know of is still a rogue, skilled with light weapons only. You felt the call of the barbarian in your blood, and now you heft Zweihander and ignore the fact that the caverns themselves seem to snicker behind your back.

  Your brother stands in the door, arms folded somewhere within his robes. He's grinning, just ever so slightly. It's smug and superior and ever so wizard.

  You feel like there's a vitally important choice to be made that could effect your future in unexpected ways.

  A) "What do you want, brother?"

  B) {Punch him}

  C)  "Stop grinning before I wipe that smile off your face for good."

I think there's a really obvious right answer here. What could it be?

A

We should be nice to our brother. After all he might be able to enchant our sword into a bitchin fire sword.

But he made fun of the power discrepancy between casters and warriors!

That's just not something you let go unpunished, at least a little.

I'm sorry... Do you not understand the term "Giant Bitchin' Ass Flame-Sword"?

Harming him now might lead to us having to deal with a "Giant Eh Sword" instead. Let's just wait this out, get the "Giant Bitchin' Ass Flame-Sword" and then murder him with it later.

Says who? Let's just let this play out. Besides, we're a warrior. He's kinda right. Can't be mad at the dude for being right. Yet...

Well, consider the punch a rebuttal. Wizards keep warriors around so someone else can be punched in the face by the servants of Cthulhu or whatever.

Wizards are like deployable machine guns. They can beat your stupid sword easy, but only if they're deployed, ready, and carrying plenty of bullets.

{It's actually currently a tie.

In the event a tie exists at the next point of update, I will choose the highest-voted most drow-like option. Since this is a threeway tie between all of them, it'll be A, which is the most subtle and quietly dangerous, and thus drow-like. If there are two new votes, and they split between B and C, then it will be C. B being the most blunt and open, B is the least drow-like, as I see it. This will continue to be the process of tiebreaking until you have solidly established a character, in which case I will do my best to attempt to choose the most in-character option. You have not established a character yet.

Note that, like a visual novel, a bad end can be quite patient and take a while to come down the road, often in a unforeseeable manner. Yes, I am that cruel, and yes, I will kill you off. In fact, I already have the scene and the effect in my mind. Sometimes the right option will look wrong, and sometimes the wrong option will look right.

I'm a dick.}

You did already describe us as

Quote
footsteps clanking like a humans in my plate armor.

Doesn't sound like a master of subtlety to me. Just saying.
