Hi! I was wondering how ER is/was organized from a GM perspective. Is there one GM? Several? How did you keep track of everything?

In the beginning PW kept all of the sheets updated himself. When that became difficult, we switched over to a community-run wiki: http://einsteinianroulette.wikia.com/wiki/Einsteinian_Roulette_Wiki
Thanks to the tireless efforts of our wiki gnomes, this kept bookkeeping manageable and allowed pw to focus less on the nitty gritty and more on the game and story (not just character sheets, but also things like organizing who went on what missions).

We just had one GM, made separate threads for each mission and/or area, and kept track of stuff by putting it on a free wiki site. Anyone could edit it, so we kinda relied on the honor system. ER is all done now, but you can check out DIG if you like.
