I've modified WP grenades to be 10 sb. In terms of their damage, the average of 4d4 is between 8 and 12 or so. If we factor in armor thats reduced to 4 and 8 with even 1 armor.  So it does on general more damage than the 2d6 frag (averages about 6) but it also does it over 4 turns. Our average combat encounter only lasts 2-3 turns between encounter and kill, so I think it all evens out.

Instances of d8 replaced with 2d4 (higher damage statistically)

Added grenade launcher; allows for grenades to be fired with str+guns instead of dex+unarmed

Added Throwing knife. Low damage but quick and useful for poison.

I will say that I prefer the HMRC setup to the debt thing. Because I prefer hardened criminals stomping around in hardsuits to college students prancing about in cheap spacesuits. The latter is also most of what we got in ER, but whatever.

The story isn't set up but basically you could be a hardened criminal; debt is an easy thing to get. Maybe you lost a supply of berserk and the yakuza traded you for a hefty sum instead of just killing you.
