No, it just means that you have a pool of 3 rerolls and you can spend them on any of the rolled stats.

White Phosphorous Grenade
Explodes and fills a 15 foot area with burning phosphorus, which lasts 4 turns. Those caught by the initial explosion take d4 damage for those 4 turns regardless of if they leave the area. Those who enter after the initial explosion take d4 damage each turn that they stay/pass through the area. 6 SB

Uh, seriously?  Isn't this really OP?  It's cheaper than a frag grenade, does more damage, deals damage four times rather than once so it requires multiple crit rolls, acts as area denial, and presumably also makes ranged attacks through the area impaired.  Sure, it deals the damage over time rather than all at once, but at that price I'd buy it just for the area denial and smoke cover, and any damage on top of that is just icing.

Point Syv here. Also, I'ma have to get someone posted quick. Can I keep cain? I forgot I was allowed to re-roll stats on him. All stats per roll or can I re-roll a specific stat?
