That reminds me of three things.

One is those teleporter cutscenes from Doom 3. There they're accidentally using hell as a relay for their teleporters, so going through those teleporters results in a few seconds of lost time during which you are in hell before you reappear in the normal world. And going through hell for a teleport looks very much like going through someone's esophagus or colon for some reason.

The second is guardians of the galaxy. They had a giant space station carved out of the head of a living thing. Makes you wonder where the rest of the body went. I mean, if a body like that had normal biology, it would make a lot of manure.

The third is a short sci-fi story I read once. I don't remember exactly how it went or its name, but I remember they sent a spaceship to the end of the universe and when it went beyond the edge it found itself exiting a human cell or something like that, I think it was a fertilized egg.

That slot machine seems like good way to effectively waste your tokens. How is income shared? Does it go to single person who delivered the goods or...?

If Egan designed it, I suspect PvP may occassionally come into play when ownership of a good is questionable 

I'd play it.
