I don't think fishguy was killed by Xan, at least, not before Xan became a flesh horror. Xan tried to, but then Charles accidentally set everything on fire and Xan got his powers because fishguy was inactive.

I'll play a couple rounds of Allegiance in trade for it.  Although I'm so bad at that game that I would probably need to join the enemy team.

Unless it's a nuke.  Might still play, but I won't be obligated to if it's a nuke.
