They are Origin tech too and they are not weak. Not sure what the point here is. I'm just pointing at random direction to see what's there.

The Origin itself might not be. It seems to be able to use it to jump through Origin tech that we made, based off of the origin, but naturally occurring Origin tech like sentient life seems unaffected for now. Perhaps the Origin itself is able to avoid being controlled, but what we made in its image isn't?

I had all these plans for invading Earth-3 and stuff, but that's all gone.

It could've been so great. All the building, all the planning, all the talking and discussing and preparing could've payed off in the most spectacular way possible. And now it never will. All that potential, lost forever.

Now I remember my point. Doc was naturally good with biology even before touching Origin. AM was naturally good with amps&manips, but Doc made her even better. And then there's the natural fighter. He most likely didn't see Origin or touch it. He may have been biologically enhanced, but mostly it was from genetic lottery.

Origin is not corrupted, as far as I know. Just its manmade imitations, thanks to Maurice. The corruption thing sprung from spazyak's guess why flesh is weak while it is actually Origin tech.
