There have been very few missions where we haven't harbinged doom in some respect or another, I think. 2, 6 (although the black goo was awakened there) and 7 (I don't recall the computer doing much except chat with the brave heroes and give them their treasure) come to mind. The ghost ship is a remarkable aversion of an apocalyptic event. Black ops are usually low-key enough to avoid that stuff, too. Are there any others where the consequences haven't been at least locally apocalyptic?

hmm find a way to contain it using mad hatters then draw them into different universes in a semi contained state and hold the universe for ransom.
