Arty is supposed to be chaotic good, but due to... mumbledynasticmumble reasons, he's more neutral good. Although he thinks it's due to his political tendencies, the truth is that he's not just a philanthropist (who might do it for self-interest, such as tax breaks) but a full-on idealistic philanthrope.
