Also as per asked for the mission 25 I explained in detail my ideal for the guass rifle design I have.

:P^

Btw, watched PW's honest review of fallout 4. I enjoyed it, but could anyone explain it to me a tiny bit?
Basically I was trying to point out that fallout 4 is full of bugs and numerous problems and failures, and that a great deal of the community has problems with it. Yet it got almost universal near perfect scores from "professional reviewers". Highlighting the divorce between popular opinion and industry reviews, and the fact that large games like this will always get great reviews regardless of their actual pros and cons. And this is bad.

It's still pretty fun. It's just not good enough to warrant all these 10's and 9's and shit.

yeah im pretty disillusioned with fallout 4.

im honestly finding it rather stale and boring, this saddens me greatly.

Clearly running multiple missions at the same time is a terrible idea.  The epic battle to see which team can cock it up worse has escalated again.

And Larry kinda gets blueballed in all this; just left with a raging bone spear and no where to put it.

mhm it has its moments, but it's kinda dull for a pretty significant part. Makes me sad to say that.

I"ll be honest. All the bugs aside (I mean, come on Bethesda, we're not open beta. Get your shit together), I actually quite enjoy the game. I'm enjoying it a lot more than Fallout New Vegas for certain. I feel like more of a big name player in the game rather than "Oh hey that one real cool dude".

Of course, I haven't hit the end-game yet. But then again, I never did actually "beat" skyrim either :P

The base building is pretty fun. It's nice because it actually gives all that fucking scavenging a purpose.

By the way, in case you're wondering how to make huge amounts of money legit, forget the fucking stores you can make. Build water purifiers. They'll stick the extra water in your work bench, which you can then use for healing and selling. Just wait, take the water, wait, take the water, etc.

Sounds kinda grindy...what's your opinion on the weapon mods, I kind a like it over the bare bones and underused mod system for NV

Nerdcubed mentioned that, didn't he? Like with MGS5, while both are good games, they aren't GOTY level.

Dunno, I like it.  I do dislike that the dialogue has been reduced to just 4 options.  Also I preferred the greater number of factions in NV.  They could've done more with the base building, and the weapon modding kind of plateaus after a while.  And the bugs suck.

Fun though.

So I say,"Hey Nom, what should I name my settlement? I'm making a sign"

And she says, "Cat"

"OK"

Depends on the person I guess. Not really grindy for me because I loot everything anyways. And you can get 1000 caps for 100 water. And I make 40 or so water in a day. Rest two or three times and you've got 1000 caps. And thats with second tier purifiers. If I had top tier, I would probably have to make trips to carry it all.

Weapon mods are...Hmmm. With some weapons they can be very extensive. Like, with a handgun there are ways to modify all kinds of bits and bobs. With other weapons it's very limited.  And you can't really do anything that interesting with it. You can increase stats, but rarely can you completely change anything. I can't make a handgun tooled for 50 cal. rounds or shotgun shells for instance. Still, it's functional and much more expansive then anything before.

I'm not a fan of the fact that we've basically been railroaded into playing a particular character with a particular voice. Can't even modulate the pitch or tone. I mean, you probably know the male voice right? Does that seem like it should be coming out of this guy:

Mmm, industrial water purifiers are insane, I have a good 100 bottles of purified water sitting in my workshop storage.
