Check out the dissolution of the bed (and also what the bed is made of and whether it's dissolving the walls as well). How far has it gotten? In any case, take a sample of the moss growing in Chief's old room and go over to Thad's old room and set a sample in the middle of the room, leaving it floating in place.

I would so buy the matter thing and just shove matter into it....hmmm easy storage, load darts at high speed velocities, and with only minimal risk of you accidentally spawning high speed projectiles right at your face.

To be entirely honest, I don't much like the things that seem to 'come out of nowhere' so to speak. I mean, (most) people limited their designs to things that have some reason to exist in ER, such as by being based from gathered artifacts, but now it seems that just about anything is possible by handwaving at it. Makes going out on dangerous missions to find artifacts to reverse-engineer a bit pointless.

This. Then again, the more new stuff is handwaved into existence today, the more absurd and ingenious designs the tinkerers would be able develop tomorrow!

Funny enough, I think it would be neither of these. But probably similar to Xan's.

Well, think about it this way, what stuff can you imagine being made that fits under Uncon and costs... I dunno, 15 tokens? And it can't be a manipulator, made with the technology we already have gained from artefacts and the like.
It's tough without pouring unneeded additions onto it, right? So it makes sense why PW would make new weapons out of the blue, because A: he's god and B: He just needs to pad out the 10-20 price range in uncon and exo.
