Possibly something like the team fund, but with more of an emphasis on investment? i.e. one guy gets a gauss cannon, looks after the other who just throws smoke bombs?

More teamwork/working in units?

Free tinkering/craftwork? With protection or looting perks for crafters?

More comradeship? An attempt to slightly change the powerbalance, tipping it slightly away from the spacewizardlords and towards the majority?

Some kinda voting system?
