I'd do it since Yancy did pretty well last mission, but right now Milno's a bit apprehensive about lending tokens due to what happened the last time he lent someone something (yeah, IC reasons). I might still do it for the former reason, though.

Don't worry, the only way you're out a token is if I get permakilled. My plan is to get a exoskeleton and a Sibilius, and I need the token cause I'm one short. With the Sibilius, exoskeleton, and +2 con, I'm set as the con specialist on any of the missions I get chosen for.

If you get 25% of the tokens from the sale of anything you invented, do you get a cut of profits from items based on technology you recovered? For example, will Miyamoto receive part of the profit for sales of anything based off the brain he found?

Ian is level 1 with exotic and conventional, so he can go as a soldier with probably higher priority due to low level.

I believe I am level 2 in exotic and 1 in conventional now. I recently spent my level up with +5 in mind and +5 in exo. Though on the charisma, handiwork, and medical side of things I am in the negatives.

I wholeheartedly disagree with the concept of paying to use the pill machine.

Firstly, it means newbies cant maim themselves because they need to buy gear first.
Secondly, its prohibitively expensive for science. Your gonna need a lot more than 4 pills to figure this out.
Thirdly, people already need to buy ingredients. Charging to use it as well limits what ingredients they can afford.

Charging someone for already scienced pills i can understand, but science should always be free.

Sorry, but you just fell prey to an anecdotal fallacy, so that can only mean that your conclusion is false! And besides, if Grate already made a mistake, and everyone learns from prior mistakes, then no-one can make a second mistake!

According to a large part of United States education on WWII, 'lest we forget' is an important tenet of how we avoid repeating mistakes made before in history, ie we gotta remember what happened all the time, and preferably wear little pins to showcase the fact that we remember the thing that happened, or medals if they're shiny enough. Does anyone wear Grate pins/medals?

Yeah, I agree with this, and I believe I have already voiced as much. Token fee means no entry for newbies, and they are the most suited for this; and Miya's supervision already clears away Grate-chance.
