Speed is irrelevant in space. If pilot syncs up speeds he can easily move in front of Xan, remotely open hatch, slow down a little and Xan flies in by himself. Easy.

I literally just typed that on the mission thread before I saw that post.

Doesn't the new target practice room open up in space? We could organize a zero-g golf  tournament there. Get a few gravity automanips and blobs of water to act as traps.
