Im considering trying my hand at necromancy.

yes, my old char corpse. And we are trying necromancy to make him into one big Frankenstein tank who my new char will obliviously try to steal.

If i successfully resurrect him im claiming him as a pill machine test subject.
Outside of that i dont really care what you do with him.

If by second character you mean my loot pile, then yes.

For crying out loud, I have explicitly pointed at this current outstanding window of opportunity! Which would probably extend to the point when the mission teams have just returned from the missions, all beaten, injured and tired. *wink*wink*

Either in Tinker thread, or in Hephaestus OOC. Please check that you have Piecewise's approval on the design.
So far only the Hoverboard has been approved for prototyping.

Not really. He's just a man. A man can't be the law. (Dredd is more than a man, so he doesn't count).

I'm referring to the concept of Quote Law Unquote. For example, Miyamoto may or may not not give a damn about the lives of other people and may even let incidents of people killing each other slide, but regardless of that, he'll probably try to stop a war, if only to prevent damage to valuable assets. (At least that's the way I understand said character, I might be wrong.)

I wouldn't say it is empty right now. Unassigned and On-ship sections of Character Index aren't empty.
