@Comrade_P: You know, you could probably buy yourself a suit of Sharkmist for the same money as a CD longcoat (it's already prototyped, so I think AM would be fine with 'conjuring' it). Or hell, just buy the cam-eyes and hope for the best.

Though he did just put a nuclear itch right on top of the team, when you're talking about planetary scales. I wonder how the planet will scratch it?

That, I suppose, depends on how often it's been nuked in the past.

I wonder how the other shuttles are going to deliver the nukes, though. Just fall down and explode them all at once or do a bombing run? A bombing run would probably cover a wider area and thus be way more efficient, but it might not have the systems for it.

Yeah, it all seems haphazerdly slapped together, so suicide shuttles seems most likely.

By the way, you guys should also have a couple extra shuttles in orbit, the ones who were gonna extract you initially. Make sure you ask Steve to pilot these down as well. Can act as a screen (or at least, a distraction) for the shuttle going up.

It's going to be a carpet bomb. The shuttles are rigged to be capable of dumping the bombs out of them, so we'll split apart, they'll drop the bombs, then we regroup to fly back up.

I bet you could with negative Con, if nothing else. Wouldn't be on purpose, but you could do it.

Are we riding in nuke-shuttles or just normal shuttles? Are they all good to go? Wasn't around last week so still a little fuzzy on the details.

My impression is that our shuttles do not have nukes on them, and that there are a few backup shuttles in the formation without nukes as well.
