Basically yeah. Whoever's better will win. Which is why Dominators are dangerous if I recall correctly: they can backfire if the target is better at it than the user.

Actual aircraft?(rocketbike obviously doesn't count, too prone to spontaneous destruction) Maybe cheap scout vehicle(again rocketbike doesn't count, too impractical. In fact, why the hell would we sell anything anyone with half a brain wouldn't buy?). Actually, more vehicle options in general, especially ones that can be taken on most missions.

Or maybe better armour, I guess. Something good enough to resist the inevitable fuck ups at every turn.
But then I haven't played in a while, and it seems there have been quite a few armour upgrades lately.

We'll have to ask the R&D NPCs about those goggles. Not sure if we're allowed to mess around with them.

Armor, probably. As an uncon user, I am bullet sensitive, yet operate optimally at close range. Armor would assist in closing the distance sans loss of bodily fluids.

Ask again after the planetside mission is finished, Showing off a new mission against enemies that are way different from regular missions (like that eater thing, and perhaps there could be a little more testing for a more lightweight, support based bolas gun with lethal and non-lethal ammo) so this haebi mission would be great for opportunities involving 'OH GOD I WISH THERE WAS A GUN/AMP/MANIP/OTHER MISCELLANEOUS ITEM THAT COULD DO X BECAUSE THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN SUPER USEFUL'.
