For your knowledge: I have currently put up a Mk II and Christmas potion #18 (which might or might not have strong electrical AoE) for sale at reasonably low prices on the Player Market to help Everyone Else mission people (especially new guys) to prepare; you might or might not be better suited for using them in the mean time Maurice leaves the Sword.
(The offer is mostly valid until the missions start, when I'll probably rationalize he took those too with him when he left.)
