Welcome to the carnage! :)
You should post a character sheet in the On Ship thread (charsheet creation rules are explained here in detail) and wait for GM's approval. After that, if nothing going on ship obstructs (he'd tell you if something does at the moment), you can pop out of a stasis chamber, naked and in goo - and you fine to do as you plase in our world of miserable adventures! Also, in case you're unsure about anything, feel free to check our wiki or ask us here!
