Hmmm, you know, with that Jet Magnum thing, you could have it so you can get a Battle-suit that has the plasma stake instead of kinetic amps because in close combat it's really one or the other, you could even have it as a replacement to the metal I beam that the Melee battle suit gets.

I imagine you could use it like an upgrade to the tesla arc. A grenade that throws lightning and radiation everywhere. Even deadlier and lasts even longer. Could be used to block off choke points.
