Use amp to cool the section of floor up to 5 meters in front of me down to non-foot-melting temperatures. Gauge how taxing that is, then do it again if it isn't too bad.

Cautiously back away from this guy. If his thing works, wait until the floor is down in temperature to non-burning levels and go check out the burned guy, see how bad he's hurt. Don't actually do anything that would trigger a med roll though.

While I can understand the sentiment, I'm A: already on the far side of the hall from all of you, and B: doing a relative small thing with both a straight +1 and a dynamic bonus.

Last time you posted was I believe for signing up for the Mission 14 backup team? Your character ended up going and doing nothing, so you could try leveling up.

As for things going on: We're in the middle of the next set of missions, and there's a Halloween event going on on-ship. Lights are out, most of the rooms have become off-limits to us (either from sealed doors, a la the Infirmary and the in-vacuum hangar, or from the doors outright disappearing, a la the armory, rec room, and stasis pods). There's spooky shit going on, as well; black ultra-sticky goo, a giant undead pig, someone who permakilled themselves with an amp turning into a crystal skeleton, and everyone has IC forgotten that the rec room ever existed.

Still, could be interesting cutting one down to component parts, making them modular, and seeing if they could be implemented into a combat unit at an economically viable cost.

Basic answer: nope, probably not happening. Because stripping off what makes them expensive removes what makes them special.

Damn yeah, looks like. I was interested in their propulsion systems, but seeing as they're radioactive as hell and don't accelerate too quickly, it probably isn't too suitable for Charles.

Does Judaism still exist in any recognizable form? Or is the rifle now against an effectively extinct faith? Since the only Semitic religion that popped up are the Wayfarers and they vary quite a bit from their Islamic roots.

Sorry.  I thought that you hadn't touched it in the past, but I wasn't sure.

Anyway, I'm saying that you'll never get to touch it because you'll need to either A:Convince Simus to let you on Heph as a STEO, which will never ever happen, or B: Convince Radio to both get the PM from Hephaestus (Why would he do that?), and then let you play with it (A foolish decision).

I think it's a foolish decision because you have several times offered suggestions for very dangerous and risky substances to be put in it, and because Auron has already shown himself to be an unstable individual.  I think Radio might give you limited clearance were you to keep yourself in line, and even then you wouldn't be allowed to try half of your ideas.

I (Toaster) suggested putting Grate in it and that whole scavenger hunt idea with putting bits of powerful NPCs in it.  Would you deny Brother Lars access to it for that?
