It's an exoskeleton that adds an effective +10 to the stats, so if you have a 5 in a thing then the +10 will give you a plus 1 to rolls with the thing.

On munchkinism: Well, honestly, I still think that the worst profession ever at this point is Technician. At least Transhuman has an immediately useful bonus for two 'dump stat' maluses.
And while maybe it would have been more rounded if all professions (apart from Grunt) would have two bonuses and two maluses, with Mercenary as template, I can understand the 'thematic professions' idea...
Except for there being no pilot. Seriously. Maybe it should've been another variant for Mercenary (you know, +Aux/+Intu for Luke Skywalker-style of a pilot), or maybe the Technician should've been remedied with additional +Aux (which is certainly more often used, tech tricks-wise, than Handi itself - of course, then it'd be 'OP' on par with Fleshtech, but then again Handi comes into play very rarely, nowadays it is used even less often than Speech).

@Sambo Nope, it's an subexoskeleton that gives you +3 to Str/End stats, effectively eliminating the '3 minimum or -1 to roll' weakness and allowing for more... focused character builds. Well, that, and disabled characters.

@Xan That is... uhhh, Model B subexoskeleton you're talking about, 'Faith' IIRC, and 'Confidence' is model C, as described above.

I've been using freemakee: http://www.freemake.com/free_video_converter/
If you have a PC with a good video card, it helps using that, because it can use the card's processors to speed things up. I think. It's been a long time since I used it.

Honestly for my character I saw transhuman and made a radical based on the concept of augmentation.  Yes, he's not actually optimized despite his protests to the contrary, but on the other hand, failed charisma rolls are sure to be interesting.

Yhea, for four tokens, which seems cheap until you realise I don't have anything to utilise it plus the fact that the rocket armchair itself is basically unarmoured which is also a problem because it's rent only.
Honestly, right now I'm just trying to entrench myself as a a character that survives a couple missions, then I can start specialising.

Still, I only have a couple tokens left, and nobody think they can get anymore tokens off me, at least not without assured refunds.
Being trusting is not a trait I want to incorporate into my character, thankyouverymuch.
