Born without it, apparently. Or it wandered off. Thats literally what they said. Might have just wandered elsewhere. Inside me I assume, not to get a pizza or something.

But I've also got liver damage from something mysterious, so maybe they got into a fight. Maybe ol' lefty is in a ditch somewhere, gathering flies. Who can say.
