Possible, yes. Viable... not so much, no. It'd need either extra capacitors or a Tesla Saber, and that'd mean making an already heavy and costly weapon even heavier and even costlier. The primary benefit you get from the electrolaser is either the increased lethality, or the reduced lethality. You can get both with the extra firing modes on the FEL. Nothing clears a room quite like a handheld super-microwave.

Really, it shouldn't cost more than a token for a quick and dirty method.  Stick a spark gap on the front, and hook it up to the generator.  Program the generator to give any unused power to the spark gap and voila, you've got an electrolaser whenever you use that variable power setting. 

If you want it to be full power, then stick a tiny 16 TPU rechargeable battery on there, and run the spark gap off of that.  Four TPU is perfectly sufficient for killing someone, and that's four seconds of it.  When you're not firing, recharge the battery off of the generator.  That's two tokens at most, and negligible weight.  If we were mass-producing it, we might even be able to convince PW to let us buy both with one token.

Although, yeah, it's probably not really useful.  Even the AoE effect that the saber gives would be useless, because the microwaves electrify the metal.  Maybe the electrolaser would be more efficient, I guess, but that's kinda minor.
