I'm fairly certain that Mk. 1 armor at least is just a basic space suit. And normally that doesn't fit under Swat armor well.

It uses space magic to change how much things are vibrating, which is what heat is.

The MkI, albeit described as form-fitting, has protruding heat fins on its back that likely prevent the wearing of most body armor and any similar equipment. People can probably wear that kind of thing over a MkII, since it's an upgraded version of the MkI and loses the aforementioned fins. Ultimately, it's better to ask the GM.

Does it? I must have been wearing one during the Abyss mission, but still managed to lose my dispersion abilities by hitting my back against a rock wall or something. I guess it's possible the fins aren't as severe or something, or that PW forgot my suit was fancy.

You're horrible because you have more than a +1 without a decompensator. The way bonuses work, the first +1 trades a potential 1 for a second 6; adding another +1 on top of that trades a potential 2 for a third 6, giving you a 50% chance of overshooting. I'd rather get a 2 ~17% of the time.
