Today at the hospital there was a lady who thought she had to press the call button in order to change the channel. We only found this out later, after many, many, many seemingly meaningless calls in which she would ramble about something to us for 5 minutes and then we would leave.

I happened to read this out loud for some reason and my mom heard it. She'd like you to know that she heavily sympathizes.
