That's actually not that immoral of a plan given the circumstances

Xan may be a hypocritical lying selfish bastard, but he won't stoop so low as to being a hypocrite.
Nice.

Further add to the confusion by playing THIS over Avalanche's shuttle speakers.
Well that will sure confuse them. And thats also the death ballad of several of them due to the actions of your teammates so...wow thats is obscenely depressing. Dying to a goofy cover of an emo song? Ugh.

Uhoh... I guess Hurricane must be the killers...

I think You Monsters over mission 26 should explore more negative and large numbers. The ones close to zero seem to be mostly dangerous.

PW has said ooc hat the numbers themselves are more or less meaningless. besides, half the team is selecting numbers randomly. I pick sequential just to be different. rebel, yo.

Note that I don't actally tend to mix negative and positive numbers in my selection, so really I am chosing universes exclusively in two out of eight quadrants, and along their edges. I might change that and start going 1, -1, 1 ...1, -1 , -1, -2, 2, -2 etc, but how confusing would that be?

If the numbers don't matter, 2 quadrants is too many.

(Well, doing anything but saying, "new universe pls" is irrelevant, but where's the fun in that?)

yah, we could have numbered them completely sequentially, it seems to me. but I don't know really.

Edit: M26 is the weirdest mission. We have been getting a weird, slow trickle of new teammates. Help me out here Steve. What's the protocol for random newbies coming in? I am very tempted to start following through on my threat promise to send them to the unexplored universes. For science ...

Also, how has Gordon been doing his monologueing and such with the refugees? his character profile says he is a mute.

Text to speech?  That's what Saint does, on the rare occasion he speaks.
Makes sense.

The artwork relates to the encasing of the HMRC in metal by Pancaek during the Mission of Many People.))

((fair enough, though M26 started long before m27 even left the heph system, so travel time and all that. but the universe is wonky anyway, so never mind))

By the way, unrelated note, Mystery Incorporated, the rather recent incarnation of scooby doo, was actually really good.  I recommend it. It gets pretty dark.

Is that the one where Fred has a serious hard-on for everything trap related? If so, I saw a few episodes of it once. I liked it a lot.

((Apparently, I haven't stealthily PTWed this thread yet. I recromend you have the gunship engage those shuttles with lasers. Should be fairly effective.))
((Boooriiiing. Why not do something fun instead. Like... Get Pancaek's mask, stick it in front of an automapping drone, have me charge into the shuttles, throw the drone and have it attach on a shuttle in the confusion and then have him drive the shuttles on other shuttles so that the commissar can hit them with his sword. Or stick him in front of a LESHO round and have him steer it into the shuttles with his commissar wielding a giant sword for  maximum rules of nature.))
