No. I did not permadie from a 6 endurance roll. Or from a frozen brain. The brain is still intact, it can be revived. Plenty of people have had their heads exposed to the near absolute zero vacuum of space and been revived.

Also yeah, Amps can bypass suits. The only thing that stopped xan from freezing pyro's brain in her brain case is luck.

Just remember, use dynamic bonuses. And maybe get Morul to help (Also with a dynamic bonus).
