IC, Saint wanted to stasis the kids so that he could test his theory that ARM operatives are superhuman due to their stasis dementia.  OOC, I wanted there to be wunderkinders suffering from stasis dementia because it would be convienent in the same way SD is convienent for normal inmates.

Also, Fate -3 should be accidentally summoning a second reality destroying god.
