Also, it'd be nice if Snapdragon's shuttle, which has had nothing to do for quite a while now, was able to actually dock sometime.

It'd even be perfectly justified if the trusty pilot for Gyromitra goes off to pick up Xan, necessitating a comparative delay.

I'm tied up. I'm locked in a room. the cane, if I even got it out of the armory, is in the VR. I got nothing here. Besides, I meant I edited my ooc, after five people told me to calm down (Harry_Baldman, Lenglon, Parisbre, Hapah, and Radio_Controlled).

Welp, I see no way this is ending well for Flint and our pilot if the shuttle doesn't first unload everything at the Sword. No real way to ignore it IC if Miya got shocked. Which, yes, has a good chance for unleashing the avatar, though I'm guessing Steve did something to block it or something. I'm asking pw.

As I've said before, I accept the consequences of my actions, although I do not see why the pilot has to be punished for following the suggestion of a superior officer when no commander is around and has given no contradictory order.

I also do not like retroactive RPing in that way, because you all got shocked for a reason, in the panic of the moment. Extending that time and changing the situation and mood essentially changes the past and the reason things happened.

Kay, then I'll stop talking now. It's weird though, cause the exact same thing swould have been said if I had more time in RL to actively post sooner. Also, have you actually asked pw if your shuttle can't do it?

Think about it this way: how do you sleep at nights while in the avatar? Why did the avatar not go crazy when the Haebi cut you off from it? Obviously, it is not necessary for you to be awake to maintain control. Just connected. I've written more about I it in the OOC thread, but it probably means controlling the avatar is not entirely conscious but must partly rely on some unconscious process.

Who says he even needs to sleep anymore? Or maybe he does, and he/Steve needs to take extra measures to prevent any bad stuff. Either way, there's loads of possible explanations why getting violently shocked unconscious is different from outside mind fuckery (Heabi or UE via amp). In the latter, Miya is still awake, not unconscious, and we don't know on what part the connection might rely, so it could be that mind control doesn't interfere, but suddenly loosing consciousness does. Either way, we'll see what pw says.
