You know, this could have pretty profound, cosmic even, consequences for the ERverse, Milky Way galaxy and Hephaestus in particular. Somehow I feel strange foreboding of unexpected Anomalous Planetoids showing up on significant-fraction-of-c high-speed collision courses with our poor planet. ... Then again, if we can replicate and study the effect, we can weaponize it!

Maybe. It would probably involve taunting in conjunction with the fielding of weapon systems which in order to be adequately countered, would require in-depth analysis of armor and it's thickness.

True, but pw apparently didn't interpret it as trying to do it together, since he rolled for them separately. At other times, he just counted people helping as a bonus (I think that enough people pulling the rope on the soundworm mission meant they got an autosuccess).

Speaking from experience (on both sides of ill-considered assistance with heavy lugging), yeah, a particularly inept person (and that's what negative stats mean these days, not merely physical fitness), while giving some help, can actually hinder the process more than they help. So I wouldn't count on Piecewise not seeking to misinterpret and maim his players.

I have forelegs, not arms. my str is -1. my end is -1. we're in space, suits are thin, and my paws have claws. on top of that, there is going to be an amp used in the immediate vicinity by someone that isn't an expert in them.

I see absolutely no way this can possibly not go wrong.
