Not really sure what's going on but I'll probably vote for some people I guess. I always forget people, though.
Glowcat, Lawastooshort, DigitalHellhound, Harry Baldman, Silcugar (A half-vote since HE LEFT US ;_;), Iiteum, Robocorn and LordBucket.

I had to stop myself there because I'd already probably voted for too many. :P
Wait, crap, I should really also vote for King_of_the_weasels for that one ISG that was super-duper-awesome. Now I'm going to go sit here and be sad because a lot of these people aren't running their games any more... :<

Edit: AW DAMNIT I just realised this is "Of the year" so half of these probably don't qualify, since I haven't played in their games in far longer than a year. Is that a problem? Do I need to revise things and stuff? I probably missed lots of people anyway.

I'll stick in a vote for GiglameshDespair, because his games always feel enjoyable.

It's just a shame they none that I've seen have really got off the ground :/

I can't believe I was on this anyway, despite only GMing two games which fizzled out, one of which I was replaced on. :P
