You were planning to have a 15 year old magical girl kill Witches by drinking them under the table!? It's original, at least.

...hush.

Turn 1

One of the gang pull out a map to chose the route to take. You all cross off south since that would take you near the capital and thus running into the Saber's army.

One or two would like east for the challenge of climbing across the world's scar, a huge(it run through four countries) mountain range created(if you believe the church of Renus) by a great war between heaven and hell, the rest of you(including the princess) on account of high chance of death even if you had the resources to climb it.

This leave north and west. The west is the Jarden desert. You may lack the resources to cross it, but there enough wandering nomads that you are sure that you can beg/steal your way across.

North is the closer to danger, the further from harm choice of crossing Saber itself. Normally a suicidal choice for you brigands, but with the army here, the patrols are now understaffed. You will need to take the crystal ruins* to get past the border.

Chose a route

*A ruined city of a dead people, lit by magical lights that have gone 1000s of years unmaintained and now explode at random times so no one lives near the damn place.

Kyle looks around the group frowning
"Well, gentle men, lady, lovely maiden, I believe that our most reliable bet would be to go through the north since there are more possibilities to keep ourselves fed and not dead on the side of the road. On the other hand the Desert seems to be safest from a fighting stand point."

"Eh, north it is then. Would suggest hawking off the wench after we ditch this dirt pile, we'd make a nice bit of coin from her. Not only that, it could also set us up with a nice retirement fund, if you want to do so. We don't have an obligation to any kingdom, and I say we keep it that way."

"Shouldn't you at least make your plans for selling me into slavery out of my earshot. Seem like that sort of thing is Banditry 101 or something."

"Except mister white knight over there-" Worroca pointed at Kyle. "-Would've told you anyway. May as well skip the 'shocking' reveal and all that. Besides, what are you going to be able to do about it?"

"I don't like the idea of selling her." Hrothgar said with a frown "Think about it. If we succeed in getting her kingdom back we could probably get paid a lot more than just selling off a random girl."

"And you think we can sell a princess into slavery, no consequence?"

"You assuming that you need to stick around till the end? Once I'm in a safe place and able to build up an army, you lot are free to leave and I will leave the whatever reward we agree on in a place of your choosing."

"I'm with Worroca, no reason to risk our skins for a kingdom when we can hand her over for some coin and a pardon."
