The good bartender has left, anyone with double-X chromosomes has had the good sense to leave this cursed place, and I'm getting hit on by a very talkative bisexual fellow who seems to have mastered his midlife crisis fairly well.

So, today I'm supposed to be moving house and my plan was to spend yesterday and today finishing up my packing, buuuuuut... turns out Bastardizer were playing last night.

Ended up writing myself off quite thoroughly. Spent about a hundred bucks, which is a huge amount even by my standards. Hot damn. Also I'm not sure my peepee worked when its services were required, but I got a friend request afterwards so it can't have been too bad. The gig itself was friggin' great.

Most importantly though, holy shit I am hungover.
Surprised I even made it home, but I'll be even more surprised if I get anything done today.

Got completely smashed last night.  Only remember bits and pieces.  Went downstairs and talked to my housemates at 6AM, I hadn't slept yet.  Had a long political discussion with a French man who fears foreigners.

Talked with my brother, I'm scared to look.
Talked with Discord friends, shared so much music, I'm scared to look.

It was a fun time and I'm probably being paranoid, but at the same time I do make unwise decisions when drunk.  What if everyone hates me now?  They should.

Reading about the Spanish Flu (which does not work like this year's flu, and instead only takes out the strong and healthy), people survived because they were ignorant or alcoholic enough to think that getting pass-out drunk would kill off the virus (viruses do not work like that). It did, however, act as an immunosuppressant.

Agreed. Being drunk may be bad for your sleep quality, but so is waking up screaming in terror at 2 am and having a 2-hour long panic attack instead of sleeping.

Waking up screaming in terror and a panic attack at 2 am can be a normal way to wake up for some people, and leads to the rest of that sentence.

I hopped on my brother's clan's discord and... went to the car porn channel... and posted this.  Excellent!  No regrets, and no responses yet.  (Apparently he misgenders me on chat though >.>)

I... watched an episode of MASH??  On a different discord.  I barely remember that, must have been toward the end.  It definitely happened though, I remember Radar.

I listened to a lady's troubles and offered her my couch if she ever needs it.  Definitely don't regret that.

I got my brother to dorf me in Faster Than Light, but I'm pretty sure it turned out poorly XD  He never was great at that game.

Aaaand I invited my dad to Pokemon GO raid hour tonight.  I'm actually okay with that too, we haven't hung out in a while and I want to check on him.

Fuck yeah, nice vacation!

Edit: also I am annoyingly sober. Getting drunk wouldn't be that much fun anyway, considering I'm staying with my dad and his toxic GF, but I suppose it miiiiiight make things more bearable. Although it would probably also loosen my filter and make me more likely to tell her to take a long walk off a short jetty, which I really ought not to do while I'm still staying here with a heap of my belongings, waiting for a place to move to to be sorted out.

By which I mean the best thing.  Except I sorta wanted to play vidya, but I'd rather watch this wild hunt nonsense while sipping gin and .
I'm 30 minutes in and jeez, it's still breaking expectations.  It's the aesthetic of a shitty Unity game but with actual design.  Like goat sim but with a katamari/shitty look, and yet very smooth and subtly brilliant.
