relevant detail, my suitemate is not my roommate, but is sleeping over in my room because his roommate is having sex.
second detail, why do I lack any resistance whatsoever. I have been drinking too much and this is a problem. I should have drank more last year.
third detail, this is disgusting how do people drink this (I say, as I drank. I really don't know how I did that. Wow, I butchered that sentence. No wonder I'm doing terrible in German if I can't even succeed in English sentence consttruction)

I really like that this thread exists, even if I don't really read it and only pop in when I think that the circumstances dictate it. I wrote that sentence with my eyes closed. Stream of consciousness. I'll read this thread tomorrow.

I figure I should post here, given that I drank a non-negligible amount of alcohol for the first time tonight, though I never really went beyond tipsy.
Let's see how my memory is, I had:
-a I'm not quite sure what it's called but it was some sort of slushy-like thing. Started with a b.
-something called a pornstar shot, which I'm told has very little actual alcohol content.
-a jägerbomb
-two beers of some generic shitty brand
-two shots of vodka

All spread out over several hours, of course. I'm just glad that I didn't say what I really wanted to say and at the same time really did not want to say.

So lately drinking vodka straight has been making me pretty nauseous and belchy almost immediately after I drink it. I find this strange because I used to drink it pretty regularly and in decent quantities. Just noticed this happening after a somewhat long break from drinking it.

Turkey 101's treating me just fine right now though. Go figure.

Yes, but only because I take a perverse pride in what I do to myself.
Besides, lying to primary care physicians feels like a bad idea... in general, anyway.  There are exceptions.

I nabbed one of the beers out of the house fridge. They'd been in there a while and no-one's drank them yet, so whatever.
It's Yanjing beer, which doesn't seem too bad. None of those gross, overpowering fruity flavours or whatever hipster beers and golden ales are usually full of. Not exactly my new favourite beer, but it goes alright.

I might even drink the other one as well. Can't wait until Monday when I'll have money to fill the fridge with beer...

Can't say that I have a large sample size of experiences to draw from, but I noticed that I was much more prone to swearing and I got really depressed at my most intoxicated. I'd suppose that would make sense what with all the stuff I bottle up inside myself and the alcohol putting down some of the restrictions. Probably placebo effect somewhat too.

Uggh, hungover and still a bit drunk at 5 AM, hope I was a gentleman last night.
Can't sleep this hungover, pounded way too many rum shots (no cola left.)

My solution? Early morning Day of the Tentacle run. I am not disappointed with how I chose to use this time lol
