Yes it does.

Alright, i believe i'm mostly done with my character.
Still need to write some short backstory but the statistics should be in order now.

I clearly am no expert, as I just made my first character for nWoD, but in many other class-less system, it's usually not a "min-max" good idea to go for many weapon types. You put points in all 3 of them. More specifically, the Weaponry one may not be useful for your character, as brawl seems a better option for your character, with the points and the specialty ;)

Brawl is pretty limited, though, although it has some very important applications. The thing is, Firearms is pretty damn useless, since we're in UK, an average thug goes melee.

What do you mean firearms is useless?

You use Firearms skill to use firearms. UK has very little firearms, even among the police.

So we're going to be thieves then?
Well there goes my character concept :P
Eh, he was looking expensive and difficult anyway.

So er, are we using the standard 5, 4, 3 split?

SHEET UP YO': http://sheetgen.dalines.net/sheet/31271?message=true

Kinda weird to put him in a "Heist" thing, but we can probably come up with something.
Maybe the private company who owns the building were partially responsible for his disease developing or something. A revenge-y thing on his part, and since he makes such a great distraction the rest of the group decided to bring him along.
Yeah lets go with something like that.

We have quite a lot of people with Fortitude as a Virtue. Then again, it would be kinda odd to have Justice, unless someone makes an anarchist char or something.

Fortitude fits the slightly insane well. Your beliefs revolve around kicking in the door anyway whether or not there's about twenty guards waiting inside.

If you have 'slightly insane' character, that's handled with Derangements, not Virtues.

Depends on whether you're devoted to being slightly insane. And whether you're talking about action movie brand insanity.
